The Sinks Need To Be Looked At First

One of the most common places for a leak is under a sink. A slow drip may develop beneath the sink and be difficult for the homeowner to detect. If you are interested in the house, then check under each of the sinks for signs of moisture, a musty odor, or mold. See if there is any corrosion in the pipes or any loose parts down there.

Check Under The Dishwasher To Find A Leak

The floor under the dishwasher can become damaged if there is a leak in the water lines going to or from the machine. It is good to check beneath the appliance when going through the house.
